**Coronavirus Update**

I am hosting free online chat sessions to help us all learn from each other best strategies to cope with this extraordinary situation. Click here to find out more!

To help calm and inform, I have summarized my current understanding of Covid-19, with recommendations for best practices and links to other helpful information here

During this stressful period, I am offering new and existing patients the option of evaluations and follow-ups by phone or video chat.

For my patients who need or prefer an in-person meeting, be assured that after each patient I clean and sanitize my office space carefully.

Patients are encouraged to call me if you have questions about the virus, or join the public chat sessions. Knowledge can go a long way to calming unnecessary anxiety.

Best wishes to all!

**End of Update**

Struggling with grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, depression, addiction? Having trouble getting things done, or moving on with your life?

Finding a psychiatrist..

who has the knowledge and experience to help, and you are comfortable with, can be an important milestone to feeling better.

Conveniently located in downtown Manhattan, I’ve provided compassionate, effective help to many, for over a decade.

As a psychotherapist, I can help you find inner strength, new levels of adaptability, and new potentials.

My extensive training in medicine, psychiatry, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Jungian psychoanalysis, combined with experience in early intervention services and drug and alcohol outreach, help me better understand and work with my patients.

Medication Management

As a psychiatrist I can offer both psychotherapy and medication management to help you feel better as quickly as possible. I am knowledgeable about the latest treatments for depression, anxiety, opiate and alcohol addiction, attention deficit disorder, PTSD and other mental health conditions.

I invite you to call for an evaluation. Many people feel better immediately – just putting your situation into a different context can help immensely. Medications can also help provide rapid relief.  There are new medications for severe depression, anxiety, opiate and alcohol addiction, that are helping patients who found earlier treatments ineffective.

Working together, we will find the best treatment for you!

See my reviews, over the years I’ve helped many people, from many walks of life, with many different issues, feel better.

I look forward to helping you! Call me today!
